AROP organizes about 30 events for its members each season. AROP's members include companies that have the possibility to invite whoever they want (clients, employees...) to organize their public relations. The quality of these events is therefore a priority for AROP. During these events, AROP used to send physical gifts to their patrons (mostly CDs).
In the past years, AROP decided to digitalize these gifts - they were a logistical challenge, a huge cost, and the CD format is being less used. AROP thus turned to Vialma to provide a digital platform for their patrons.
Vialma partnered with AROP to offer a digital experience to patrons, replacing physical discs. This white-label streaming platform allowed patrons to access exclusive multimedia content (videos, audio tracks, articles), reinforcing the link between AROP and its patrons to improve their loyalty (including for patrons who do not live in the Paris region).
Using its technical expertise and privileged relationships with the largest independent labels, Vialma created a turnkey streaming site (including artist rights management) and white label, in the AROP colors, to which patrons have unlimited access.
